The Registrar's Office is located in the PHHS Main Office. The Registrar processes requests for transcripts, duplicate diplomas, new enrollments, and withdrawals. Forms for transcripts and duplicate diplomas are available in the office or online. Please check processing times for all requests, as they cannot be filled on the same day.
Final transcripts will be processed after June 15th, after the final grades are posted.
All verifications requests must be in writing with the student's release. The request may be mailed or faxed.
ATTENTION ALL 2016-2017 INCOMING STUDENTS
- Registration for school year 2016/2017 begins March 1, 2016. Enrollment packets are available online or you may pick up one in the office after March 1st.
- An enrollment packet must be completed, signed and submitted with all required supporting paperwork and any health forms before registration is complete.
- This includes any health forms attached to the packet
- There are no exceptions
- Please return the packet and all required supporting paperwork directly to the registrar
Note: NO COURSE REQUESTS will be processed until ALL registration information is completed and returned.
