Summer School

The information listed below is for current students attending Piedmont Hills

during the 2017-18 school year. 

Piedmont Hills Summer School

Dates: June 4 - July 6

Application:  Due to the fact that there are only 180 spots available for summer school, and because the courses are for make-up (not advancement), summer school will be by invitation only.  Students who received a D/F grade in a course offered received a personal invitation to enroll in summer school on April 19.  Students who received an invitation must reserve their spot by Tuesday, April 24 using the URL listed on their invitation.

Classes offered (make-up only): 

  • Cyber High-English, World History, U.S. History or Elective(s) for incoming juniors and seniors only

  • CCSS Math 1

  • CCSS Math 2

Non-Piedmont Hills Summer School
 

All courses completed with the goal of advancement or earning credit on your high school transcript must be pre-approved.  

 

Step 1:  Complete the PHHS Summer School Approval Form.  Counselors will be available to approve completed summer school forms during lunch or after school on Tuesday and Thursday ONLY.   If you are attending a community college, you will also need to bring in their approval form (already completed) at that time (see Community College box below).
 

Step 2:  Enroll in the summer course (the form above is only for our approval and does not enroll you in a course)
 

Step 3:  Sign up for Remind (text the following: @ssph2018 to 81010) in order to be notified of the summer school schedule change survey.
 

Step 4:  Send transcript showing summer school coursework (if needed for graduation, A-G credit or advancement) to:
