No registration or withdrawls on Fridays

General Information

The Registrar's Office is located in the PHHS Main Office.  The Registrar processes requests for transcripts, duplicate diplomas, new enrollments, and withdrawals.  Forms for transcripts and duplicate diplomas are available in the office or online.  Please check processing times for all requests, as they cannot be filled on the same day.

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS
Final transcripts will be processed after June 15th, after the final grades are posted. 
 

EDUCATION VERIFICATION
All verification requests must be in writing with the student's release. The request may be mailed or faxed. A request may be emailed- please use subject line "Education Verification-[Case # or Name]" to submit.
 

ATTENTION ALL 2018-2019 INCOMING STUDENTS

  • Registration for school year 2018/2019 begins April 9, 2018. Enrollment packets are available online or you may pick up one in the office after April 9th.
  • Registration for the feeder schools, Morrill, Sierramont, Piedmont, will start June 18th. More information will be sent out at a later date.
  • The school office is open all summer and registration packets can be turned in at any time during office hours.
  • An enrollment packet must be completed, signed and submitted with all required supporting paperwork and any health forms before registration is complete.
    • This includes any health forms attached to the packet
    • There are no exceptions
    • Please return the packet and all required supporting paperwork directly to the registrar

 

Note: NO COURSE REQUESTS will be processed until ALL registration information is completed and returned.
