Have you helped the community in some way? Have you volunteered in an outside activity that has helped someone? Have you helped someone achieve their goal? If so apply for the Santa Clara County Youth Task Force Service Award. The Santa Clara County Youth Task Force (YTF) is an appointed commission of high school students that serves as an advisory body to the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. Our mission is to provide advice to policymakers and organize community service to improve the lives of youth. The YTF will commend up to 3 exceptional youth in Santa Clara County who have made a significant contribution to their community. The application will be due May 20. The top 10 applicants will be chosen for an interview round with YTF commissioners. The final 3 winners will be announced June 10, and honored in an awards ceremony at the County Building on June 20.
